How do I use this?

This oral spray is best used in between meals or 1 hour before meals. Brauer suggested using 4 sprays under the tongue. Spray under tongue every half hour for 4 doses then every 4 hours until symptoms are relieved. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
