Where are you?
The Adult Eczema Shop is on the east coast of Australia. The NSW Central Coast to be precise. A short leap down the coast to Sydney.
We are proud to be living and working on Darkinjung Country.
Do you have a shop where I can come pick up my order?
No we do not. Currently we just have this super awesome online store where you can shop from the comfort of your home.
Are you guys Doctors?
Great question. And No we are not. You should always listen to personalised medical advice from your healthcare professionals. Eczema can be a very complicated medical condition and should be managed by a professional. Any advice The Adult Eczema Shop can offer is very general in nature.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to get all orders out within 48hrs. Our post generally leaves by 12pm Mon-Fri. We prioritise our VIP orders first. Next we pack our Express Post orders, then Standard Post Orders. We currently only use Australia Post for shipping. For more detailed information on how long your order may take to reach your location. Check out the Australia Post Website here.
