We are a busy little eczema shop here, but we understand sometimes you just want to jump the queue and be first in line to receive your order.
When orders come in we fill VIP Post first. Followed by Express Post. Followed by Standard post.  But on days when we have lots of orders to fill. It will always be our VIPs first.
VIP Post orders are always sent via Express Post. If an item is low in sock VIP orders will get filled first. We also add in samples and trial products when they are available.

You will get a confirmation email, to the address used at the time of ordering. Next Your order flies across the internet and makes its way to our packing team. Our packing team arrange all the orders that have come in. 
VIP orders are packed first, then Express Post, then standard post.
Once your order is packed and on its way to you. You will receive an email with your tracking details.

As long as our amazing packing team have not yet sealed your order ready for shipping. Of course you can add something else. Just get in contact with us at contact@adulteczemashop.com.au
Please note you will have to pay for any additional items before your order is shipped.

Our website does have a stock management fairy that does their very best to make sure sure the stock tallys are up to date. However if something does go wrong we will let you know as soon as possible. You will either be offered a replacement, advised when it will be back in stock or offered refund.

Questions about your eczema are best answered by a healthcare professional that knows you best. We have collated a bunch of super cool products that some people have had success with. But unfortunately eczema (being the shifty little condition it is) is not a one solution fits all kinda condition.

Sure is! All details are encrypted so you know its safe. See up there in the search bar? That little padlock is your assurance you are shopping on a safe site. We don’t ever see your card details. Not even when the order form comes through to us.

The Adult Eczema Shop is on the east coast of Australia. The NSW Central Coast to be precise. We are proud to be living and working on Darkinjung Country. 

Sorry but we are currently a 100% on the line business. The Adult Eczema Shop is currently a small wee business. But if you keep ordering and keep telling your friends about us. We can employ more people. And even get one to answer a phone.

You sure can. We will send you an email with a link to the Australia Post Tracking website with your very own tracking number. So you can watch you order make its way to your doorstep.

We try our best to get all orders out within 72hrs of receiving them. (Except weekends. That one is out of our control as Australia Post don’t pick up on weekends). VIP orders will always get filled first. Then we pack Express Post orders, then standard post orders.
As for how long it will take the postie to bring your order straight to your door. You can check the Australia Post calculator here.

In a nutshell we offer an exchange or replacement on faulty items. If you have ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind. You will need to cover the cost of shipping. For Hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of eczema clothing. You can read more about our Returns policy here.
